Northfield Road near to the shop is the location of Shiplake Butchers (0118 940 2728) and Shiplake Motors (0118 940 3125) who undertake servicing and MOTs.

Public Houses

The Baskerville Arms pub (0118 940 3332) is located adjacent to the shop and station, whilst at Shiplake Cross  is the Plowden Arms (0118 940 2794). Both pubs serve excellent food and the Baskerville also offers Bed and Breakfast accommodation.
