Human excrement, reported to Police

I came home from work this evening to find human excrement, toilet paper covered with human excrement and used blue disposable rubber gloves on the little path near the garages at Westfield Crescent outside my bungalow.  I have reported the matter to the Police and am waiting to hear back from them.  Last year I was unfortunate enough to witness a builder from the new builds in Baskerville Lane openly urinating at the junction in broad daylight, I did not make the time to report this to Police.  I have left the evidence in place for Police so please do not use the little path up New Road between Mill Road and Westfield Crescent garages and please warn your children of what is on the path.
