Suspicious Character

My son advises me that at 0430 this morning (on his way to work) he saw a character acting suspiciously around the driveway of a house near the war memorial. Character was dressed head to toe in black including a black cap. Maybe totally innocent but no harm in taking extra care with cars doors sheds garages etc being secure.
