Footbridge over the Thames

Some of you may be aware that there have been some initial discussions led by a group of Wargrave residents to resurrect the idea of a footbridge between the Wargrave and Shiplake banks of the river (planning was granted for a bridge in 1998 but for various reasons it never materialised). The group is very keen to engage with more residents in Shiplake so that the discussions consider all the needs and concerns of both communities and they are also looking for people who may want to get involved in the project. Lisa Many thanks for the information and have registered on the mailing list....I assume the past references are to the Millenium Bridge project.
