Further to the 'Outline' permission granted some years back, the 'Reserved Matters' application is now in and can be found using the link below.

Remember, you can only comment on the details of the development, not the overall principle,  as permission has already been granted.

One of the main issues here to bare in mind is that although this site has an outline planning consent, it also sits next door to Thames Farm. A key issue therefore is for the owners and the Planning Authority to verify that there are no sinkholes or dissolution features beneath the ground and that the site can be developed normally without recourse to massive ground remediation works. SODC should therefore seek the intrusive investigations to verify this before any other matters are considered.
