Neighbourhood Plan being used to respond to Retirement Village Changes

Disappointly the submitted plans are markedly diffferent to those approved by the Planning Inspector at the Inquiry. Many thanks to residents who have worked with parish councillors in highlighting the issues, details of which are attached to the council's objection to SODC. Our Neighbourhood Plan  is being referenced in submitting our objections. A great pity it was not sufficiently developed to be able to reference it at the Inquiry BUT we can now and with your support it will make a difference in the future.
