Memorial Grass Verge
Does anyone know who is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the triangular verge at the top of Station Road where the Memorial stands. The grass is being churned up by lorries and coaches driving over the corner which spoils the look of the otherwise well maintained grass. Something needs to be placed on the corner to prevent further damage and to protect any new seeding. The verge on the corner of Westfield Crescent is also being churned up by vehicles using it as a parking space.

Probably Oxfordshire District Council. My verge at the bottom of New Road is also suffering, also drivers leave engines running for long periods of time, often diesels, plus there is shouting, noise, door slamming and littering which spoils my enjoyment of my back garden which backs onto New Road. I am legally allowed to create a barrier to prevent parking on this unadopted road, I am hoping to erect a small discrete boundary of white painted wooden bollards this year
