Free Fitness Class - Shiplake Memorial Hall

Good afternoon Shiplake residents, 

I will be running fitness classes at the Memorial Hall on Wednesdays at 12pm starting next week (9th February). The first class will be free and will aim to help with strength, mobility and overall wellbeing. I am pre & post natal trained and have experience working with all ages and abilities, all are welcome (classes can also be adapted to suit needs of individuals on the day). There is space for 15 people and I still have some space left, so anyone interested just needs to sign up with their full names by emailing me : tim@ccgshiplake@gmail.com
