Was intending to attend to give support but now limited to watching on line due to a positive lateral flow. I do hope some villagers can attend to give support to the Parish Council and the volunteers who have helped in our objections to the current proposal for the details of this development.

I've objected to this plan befpre to No avail - local residents who know the area are just ignored. Surely the planners know that access to this road is already hazardous - there are no pavements,or space for them,to access the village on foot, or from the bus stops nearby. Cyclists, unless experienced,do not use the A4155 Rd.This site is cut off from the community.Since already in the bracket of elderly there is NO way I would consider moving to a residential 'village'in this setting or format.

I think this plan is going to deliver a very poor solution for any resident who ends up living there. How ridiculous to have a retirement village located in a location so remote from the heart of the village. it will take an elderly person a good 25 mins to walk to the station, village shop or Pub from this location. After all people when they retire often have to give up the use of their car in which case if they are infirm they would be left cut off and lonely. Great facility in WRONG location

I object to this plan most strongly. I appreciate that my voice,& the voices of any locals, is irrelevant when compared to the money that can be made through the continual rape of our countryside. There is significant brownfield sites in the area, but it’s easier to rip up fields to make multi-story dwellings. Every time locals object the council or ‘judges’ follow the money and we are ignored. Local plans & fake concerns by ‘politicians’ mean less than nothing compared to cold hard cash
