How is the council spending CIL  funds generated by new housing and what has the Neighbourhood Plan achieved? Do we have a 'green agenda'? Road repairs ...not (m)any? Could the website be better....and something might be happening that we don't talk about often because any progress is usually at a snail's pace...or slower? Could things be about to change?
