Gravel extraction near Shiplake

Tarmac, the operators of the quarry between Shiplake and Sonning Eye, will soon be submitting a planning application to extend the quarry towards the Thames Path and closer to Sonning Eye village. In advance of this, the company will be holding an exhibition to display its plans.
