Road Works

Just noticed that Traffic Lights are being set up near the allotments/Tesco on Reading Road

Surely no-one has authorised road works on the day before the Regatta starts!

I was disappointed to note the lights were still up today and have raised further enquiries. The County Council has limited control over the matter as the lights were erected without notice by Thames Water on an emergency basis.

I am advised the lights will be removed tonight.
