New Article on TFAG Section of Website

Just to let residents know, there is an update on the TFAG section of the website about developments in respect of the Wyevale Planning Application and new information submitted by the developer. A glitch on the page means you need to scroll down to the second article dated today rather than the top article which dates back to April.

All, following further research, TFAG has asked SODC to confirm wether or not the EA were consulted over the initial Planning Applications to permit residential development on the site. Ernie, you are quite correct! That section of the report was infact part of the original report in April, and as the text says has been reproduced in the later one! It was wrong then of course but they will correct it. The plan shows the site clearly to the West of the road.

Am I getting my North/South East/West wrong or has JBA got it wrong? ""The valley floor at this location is c. 30mAOD and the site sits east of the A4155 road on the slope of the valley with an elevation ranging from 42 mAOD to 46 mAOD"" Surely the site sits West of the A4155? Confused Shiplake Cross......
