OpenReach/Council

Hi there. One for our local council representatives probably!  Can anyone tell me who I contact at the council regards Openreach?  We have been without internet since before Christmas and keep being told by BT that Openreach are waiting for the council to grant permission for traffic lights before the work can be undertaken.

I see that lights are being installed on Station Rod as I type but they can't tell me if they are for Zzoomm or Openreach!

Any advice/help gratefully received!

Many thanks

Good morning David I have just spoken to BT again this morning (Friday 12th) and they are apparently still waiting to hear back from the Council on their request for traffic management on 21st December. I will email you directly as well as I'm not sure if this is the right forum to continue chatting on! Many thanks Debbie

I can confirm the current works are in relation to zzoom. I still haven't been able to establish the reason for any Openreach/BT delay. I will post again when I get the information.

I have raised the issue with the OCC Broadband team but they have referred it to OCC Highways. I will post again when I have more news.
