Thames Farm and Pennyhill Planning Applications

Residents may wish to review TFAG's further objections to Thames Farm, submitted this morning following a review of the EA and Thames Waters comments. This may be seen here.

We have also submitted a precautionary objection to the application for 16 new houses behind Pennyhill in Woodlands Road, which site sits adjacent to Thames Farm, for the same fundamental reasons as Thames Farm, and also the policy of infill development applications made following approval of a next door infill approval/designation. This comment may be viewed here.

Thank you. With the New Road planning application for 25 houses it feels like our beautiful area is being bombarded by unnecessary and profit driven development.
