Young children on bikes crossing A4155 at War Memorial

My heart was in my mouth today when I witnessed four young children (maybe age 9 to 12??) crossing the A4155 on bikes near the blind bend up at the War Memorial.  As we all know cars come around that bend way in excess of the speed limit.   If you have children who were out on bikes today you may want to check it wasn't them or maybe they know who they were.  Once they were safely across I did call out of my car window at them that what they just did was very dangerous and they mustn't do it again but I'm not sure if they understood me.
