New Road planning appeal - information for residents

Residents may be aware that the refused planning permission for development at New Road, and that the applicant has lodged an appeal.

The appeal will be considered by a Planning Inspector, via a hearing. South Oxfordshire District Council will lead the Council’s response, with support from the Parish Council.

Residents are entitled to submit individual comments to the Planning Inspectorate. Any comments should relate to the published reasons for refusal and be based on residents’ own observations.

A small group of local residents is also coordinating practical support, such as sharing local knowledge and factual evidence, to assist the councils’ consideration of the appeal.
