Builder Recommendations for Extension

We are just about to go out to tender - could anyone recommend any reliable builders they have personally used for an extension and refurb project please?

We recommend Ben Setchell at Southview Developments 07843 6690101. He project manages a good team of trades, listened to what we wanted and also came up with great ideas. His quote was the best of three we got and he has stuck to the price.  We are really happy with the quality of his work - three trades told me Ben is a perfectionist and I can see it in his work. Nice guy.
